Payment Methods

 

1. Cash on delivery

 

When you choose cash on delivery, you will have to pay for the products of your order upon delivery to the location you have declared, paying the price to the courier.

Cash on delivery option is valid ONLY for orders within Greece. The cost of cash on delivery is € 2.00.

Shipping costs are € 2.50 for purchases up to € 38, while for purchases over € 38, shipping costs are free.

Cash on delivery option is available for amounts up to € 499, while according to law 3842/2010 from 23.12.2016 from 500 € and above, transactions between individuals-consumers and businesses (for the sale of goods or services) must be made exclusively with the use of card payment or other electronic means of payment.

 

2. With your credit or debit card online through our page, with webtransfer via the safe electronic payment platform of the bank.

 

All card payments are processed through the bank's electronic payment platform which uses TLS 1.1 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of encrypting information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decrypt it using the appropriate key. For orders over 90€ there is the possibility to pay in 2 or 3 interest-free instalments via credit card.

Please, in the reason for the deposit, mention either the order number or your name, so that your order can be identified.

An invoice is issued only after payment by bank deposit or using a debit/credit card.

In case of deposit of the amount from a bank other than the associates of Angelopoulos Hair Company, a period of 2-3 days is required (depending on the Banking organization) until the deposit amount appears.
