Returns & Exchanges

Any customer who buys a product from angelopouloshair.gr reserves the right within fourteen (14) calendar days , to return the product or products purchased for any reason, even without reason, and to request a replacement with another product, or a refund.

The above right exists only in case the product or products are in their original condition, without being put into operation or used or the packaging or the product itself has been damaged.

In case angelopouloshair.gr finds that any of the above does not apply, it reserves the right to refuse the customer the replacement or the refund.

Refunds will always be made the same way payment was processed. In the case of returning the money to the customer's bank account, the process can take up to 7 days and any charge from the bank is borne exclusively by the customer / buyer.

The cost of returning the product or products to our company is borne exclusively by the customer / buyer.
